All our courses are digital and delivered online, so we do not offer returns on purchases. By buying from Area 71 Venture Limited, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if you have not accessed the course. To submit a claim, please provide the following:

• A detailed explanation of the reason.
• Proof of purchase.

Refunds will only be granted if the course has not been accessed. Your claim will be reviewed by our team, and a determination will be made. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of course purchase.

Refund Process

Approval Required: All refund requests must undergo verification and receive approval from our team before processing. Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-refundable Circumstances

• Account Issues: Refunds are not provided for issues related to user accounts or system incompatibility.
• Course Dislike: Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction with the course content or if it does not meet personal expectations.
• After Access: Once you have accessed the course materials, refunds are no longer available. “Access” is defined as logging into the course platform and viewing any portion of the content.

Technical Issues

If technical problems delay or prevent course delivery, your sole remedy is a replacement or a refund, as decided by Area 71 Venture Limited.
